We have an exciting opportunity for an Digital Account Director to join our growing team in Central London. We’re after someone who is able to speak fluently about paid digital media channels including PPC, Social, Display Network, Programmatic and Online Video. They would have experience managing campaigns of this nature, have well-established relationships with leading suppliers and publishers and have a solid understanding of optimisation best practices.


The role would involve the following day to day responsibilities:


  • Understanding, interpreting and challenging a client media brief

  • Leading and advising on paid digital strategies and initiatives, always considering the client’s objectives and KPIs

  • Working alongside the Business Director and Biddable teams to put together intricate digital media plans which complement the broader media strategy and advise on complementary initiatives

  • Implementing and managing digital channels alongside Biddable teams, including Display, Native and Lead gen

  • Recommending relevant tests and opportunities which may be appropriate to the client’s objectives

  • Forecasting results against the client’s business KPIs

  • Advising on best practice creative and tracking set up, in order to measure and fulfill targets

  • Ensuring that the relevant data is made available to measure the effectiveness of a campaign

  • Overseeing and advising the wider Biddable team on the set-up of campaigns, such as keyword research and ad copy writing for PPC and audience identification for Social and Display advising on and overseeing the implementation of in-channel testing strategies

  • Working with Planning and Biddable teams to deliver the relevant analysis, working with different sized data sets from various sources and incorporating insight beyond that of linear findings

  • Ensuring effective delivery of campaigns

  • Presenting results, insight and relevant industry updates to clients and clearly articulating opinions and recommendations in meetings

  • Keeping the wider team informed of new developments in the digital space and writing content for the website where appropriate

  • Managing a small team and working alongside the wider management team to support with their development
