At M.i. we believe in mental wellbeing and work life balance and always strive to put our people first.
The People team saw the importance of reinforcing this message during April's Stress Awareness Month and put together a stress-busting range of activities including walks in Regent's Park, a rooftop workout, a ramble in the Chilterns, board game afternoon and bring your dog to the office days! The fun stuff was also combined with a range of articles, courses and general information on topics related to managing stress at work.
A big shout out to Andreea for coordinating all the activities and Jo, Kelly and Sophie W for their wonderful ideas and activities.
